THE Philippine Board of Investments (BOI) and the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to effectively facilitate investments through synergy collaboration.

The said agreement was done at the BOI Main Office in Makati City.

The objective of the agreement is to address issues and concerns of investors related to energy, power consumption, and connectivity.

Both the ERC and BOI recognize the importance of ensuring energy security for economic sustainability.
